Special People

God has certainly blessed me with a wealth of special people in my life.  I was thinking the other day how rich I am, however if I were to try to list everyone I could be here all day, and frankly I have much to do today :-).  Many of you have helped me grow to I am today and I am thankful for your influence and the joy you have brought to my life.  Our son Cameron is one I want to mention.  Sunday I was having a rough morning  getting us all "put together" and out the door for church on time (pretty typical at our house).  It was a beautiful morning--blue skies and bright sunshine.  As we were buckling the kids in Cameron said,  "I think God must have made this a beautiful day because He knew you were going to have a hard day."  Of course I started to cry.  I'm so thankful for my kids!  Warren, you are the "specialest" person in my life.  Thanks for all you do for me.  I couldn't live without you.  I love you very much!  I have the best mother-in-law.   She is a huge help.  I've long ago lost track of how many times she's baby sat the kids so that I could run some errand or Warren and I could go out.  I'm sure some of those times she really didn't feel up to it physically but she wouldn't admit it and did it anyway. Thanks a bunch, Mom!  Laura Carter is a great friend and pastor's wife.  There are times  when I think I would have crumpled under the load if it weren't for her.   Her words of wisdom and assurance that I'm not crazy, just normal, are greatly appreciated.  If you weren't mentioned here please forgive me and know that you are a special part of my life whether you be near or far.  :-)  To all my family and friends I am richer because of you.  Thanks for being a part of my life!
